Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Fausak Accounting is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every visitor deserves equal access to information about our services.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, at three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. This website is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA. “Conformant” means the content we control is built to meet the standard; we describe third-party exceptions below.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page;
- Text and background color combinations tested to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios — enforced by automated tests that run before every release;
- Full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and a “skip to main content” link;
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
- Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages announced to assistive technology, and no time limits;
- Support for the “reduced motion” preference — animations are disabled for users who request it;
- Responsive design that supports zoom up to 200% and small-screen devices without loss of content.
Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack.
Assessment Approach
We assess accessibility through a combination of automated checks (including color-contrast and page-structure tests that run in our continuous-integration pipeline on every change) and manual self-evaluation with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Third-party services. The client portal is operated by TaxDome, and contact-form delivery is provided by Web3Forms. We do not control the accessibility of third-party platforms, though we choose vendors with accessibility commitments. If you have difficulty using the client portal, contact us and we will provide the information or service you need another way.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from the Site in an alternative format, please reach us through our contact page. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days, and we treat reported barriers as a priority to fix.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We review this statement and the Site’s accessibility as the Site evolves.
